Heavy Industry:

• Identified 150 high-impact 3D printing materials, reducing storage costs by $1M annually and cutting lead times from 50 to 6 weeks.

Financial Services Industry (FSI):

• Developed a pioneering chatbot for home loan inquiries and loan approval assessments, enhancing customer support and streamlining processes. Implemented custom guardrails for secure financial interactions.

• Developed an AI platform to analyze regulatory documents for money laundering indicators, reducing processing times to under 5 minutes per document. Automated extraction and de-duplication, improving the efficiency and conciseness of the indicator library.

Mining:

• Developed an ML platform to automatically assess driver radio communications at customer mining sites, enhancing safety monitoring and compliance. Implemented data cleaning for accurate transcription, trained the ML model to identify risks, and built an interface for safety officers to review predictions. Designed a feedback loop to improve model performance continuously.

• Developed a RAG chatbot for customers to answer questions over 10,000 mining documents, using AI frameworks like Langchain and Chroma. Achieved sub-5 second response times, greatly improving information accessibility for mining operations.

• Designed and implemented an AWS SageMaker MLOps pipeline, creating pre-processing, training, evaluation, and deployment templates, reducing model development time from weeks to 2 days.

• Optimizing a customer assistance ordering process for a startup based in Sydney, utilizing our GenAI expertise to drive efficiency and innovation
